Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

To buy a partner pack you must also own the proposed site or have the site owner's permission to host a charging station there.

We operate EV charging stations and the platform used to start and pay for a charge, through our web app and our Android app.

We also offer partner packs: you contribute towards the cost of building a station and receive a share of that station's revenue. Stations are built, owned in operation, and fully managed by ShivraGreen.

A station currently costs ₹4,00,000 to build. Each pack is a share of that cost:

Entry: 25% of the build cost, ₹1,00,000 plus 18% GST, so ₹1,18,000 payable, a one-time, non-refundable contribution. Earns 10% of that charger's monthly revenue.

Growth: 49% of the build cost, ₹1,96,000 plus 18% GST, so ₹2,31,280 payable, a one-time, non-refundable contribution. Earns 25% of that charger's monthly revenue.

Secured: 49% of the build cost, ₹1,96,000, no GST charged, held as a refundable security deposit with a two year lock-in. Earns 10% of that charger's monthly revenue.

GST is charged in addition to the pack value at the rate shown at checkout. Because we are registered in Uttar Pradesh and every station is installed there, tax is charged as CGST and SGST.

We currently install in: Ayodhya, Lucknow, Lakhimpur, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Mathura, Vrindavan, Noida, Ghaziabad, Kanpur.

Included: the electricity connection cost, the meter, and up to 40 metres of connecting cable from the supply to the charger.

Charged separately at cost: any cable run beyond 40 metres.

Borne by you: a transformer, or any other major electrical work needed to bring adequate power to the site. We will tell you if a site needs this before any work starts.

Your share is calculated on that charger's own revenue after GST is deducted, not on the price displayed at the charger. For example, at a ₹17 per unit price the post-GST value is about ₹14.4, and your share is worked out on that.

Revenue depends on how much the station is actually used, which varies by location, season and demand. We do not promise, guarantee or project any particular return, and a pack is not a deposit, security, or an investment product regulated as such.

A separate written partner agreement is signed with you before any installation begins. It sets out the full commercial terms, including how and when your share is paid.

Where that signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement governs.

Buying a pack creates an account for you at https://partners.shivragreen.com, where you can see your stations, sessions and payouts. We email you a single-use link to set your own password.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

One account per email address. We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, and by paying you also accept their terms for that transaction.

You confirm the payment method is yours and that you are authorised to use it. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully captured, and a tax invoice is emailed to you.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Use the service lawfully. Do not misuse, damage or tamper with equipment, do not attempt to interfere with the platform or other users, and do not try to gain access to systems or data that are not yours.

The ShivraGreen name, logo, website, apps and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

We work to keep stations and the platform running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, power cuts, network failures and faults happen.

Neither of us is responsible for failing to meet an obligation because of something genuinely outside our control, such as natural disaster, fire, war, civil unrest, government action, strike, or failure of the electricity grid or telecom networks.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or expected revenue.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before going to court, please raise the matter with our grievance officer below so we have a chance to put it right.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
