Charging: your mobile number, your energy wallet balance, and a record of each charging session (station, units, time, amount).

Partner purchases: your name, email, phone number and the installation city, plus the pack you bought and what you paid. Card and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.

Partner portal accounts: your name, email, phone, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), and sign-in activity.

Android app: the same account and charging information as above. The app does not collect your contacts, photos, or precise background location.

The partner portal sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It carries a signed session token, nothing more, and the portal cannot work without it. Your browser may also keep small items in local or session storage to remember a form you are part-way through.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but signing in to the portal will stop working if you block this one.
